About me
I am a qualified counsellor and member of the British Association for
Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and hold an
accredited BACP Diploma in Counselling and Certificate in Humanistic Counselling
Skills at the Gestalt Centre, London.
I am a member of the BACP and am bound by its Ethical Framework for
Good Practice in Counselling, and subject to their Professional Conduct
Procedure.
I have experience of working with many different clients and their concerns, including those listed in the Why Counselling section.
I receive ongoing clinical supervision and also continue with my own
personal and professional learning and development.
My background includes working in the arts (music and theatre), as well
as the IT industry. In both areas I have worked with organisations and
individuals in the education, community and business sectors.
I currently work with clients at my private practice (at Way of
Therapy) and also work with clients at a charity for people with addiction.
